Your full accounting stack. One CPA you can actually reach.
Most small business owners piece together accounting from three different vendors — a bookkeeper, a tax accountant, and maybe a consultant. That's not efficient. We handle everything: books, tax filings, year-end statements, and advisory. One CPA. One relationship. One place where it all lives.
Why CPA-Led is Different

- You get work that's signed off by a qualified professional
- Quality control is non-negotiable
Integration
- Bookkeeping, tax strategy, and advisory are aligned
- No conflicting advice from different advisors
- One person sees the full picture

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to switch accounting software to work with Roitor?
No. If you're already in QuickBooks Online or Xero, we plug in immediately. If you're in a legacy system or starting fresh, we'll recommend the right platform — never the one we get a kickback on.
What if I already have a bookkeeper I trust?
Great. We work alongside them. We'll oversee the setup, make sure the books are clean for year-end, and handle the CPA layer (tax returns, compilations, advisory). You keep the relationship that's working.
Can you handle CRA correspondence and audit letters?
Yes. If CRA sends a review letter, we respond on your behalf, gather what they're asking for, and walk you through next steps. Audit support scope depends on your package.
What happens if I outgrow my current package?
We move you up. Growth happens fast for some businesses — revenue surges, employees get added, transactions spike. We adjust your plan and pricing month-to-month. No contracts, no penalties.
Are you available outside business hours?
Expansion and Enterprise plans get priority/dedicated support. If it's urgent, reach out — we'll tell you straight what we can do same-day vs. next-business-day. We're not 24/7, but we're responsive.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Usually 2–3 weeks from first call to first month-end close. That includes software setup, data migration (if needed), bank connections, and your first meeting with your CPA.
Ready to Simplify Your Accounting?
